tour schedule
the offline tour seems to be going strong,and noticed that the majority of the rounds are getting submitted pretty early was just wondering if the committee had considered making it a weekly event with 7 days instead of 14 to submit your rounds,only a suggestion and was wondering what others thought?

Re: tour schedule
well, it's been a night and a working day since you posted it (at least in Europe
)
so people might not have seen it yet....
I don't have that much time to play to much, there are also other
things in life than sitting with the computer (really?
)
4-5 rounds in two weeks are just perfect for me,
If you want to play more there are other leagues.
(I joined the two APCD-tours as well, one is 4 rounds/month and the other is 4 rounds thu-sun but I'm not sure
I will have the time to join that every weekend )
I also still need to practise a lot

Re: tour schedule
Since I also play on a few other tours the current 2 week format is preferable to me.

Re: tour schedule
The two week schedule fits in to my schedule just right too. Effectively doubling up the work to make the events weekly, would be too much for poor old me. Also, there are plenty of other Links sites that I would expect could fill the void left over from the OT remaining at fortnightly events.
This week has also been a little disjointed, due to a family bereavement, so this is the main reason the site has gone a few days without any updates.
The funeral is tomorrow, so by the end of the week we should be getting back up to speed.

Re: tour schedule
I also like the 14-day schedule here due to limited spare time available to play Links. I usually don't have any time during the week so I try to fit in a round each day on the weekend. Even then, there have been weeks where I know I won't have time so I just skip the event. I also try to do the monthly tour event over at APCD Tour, which fills in nicely if I do happen to get time to fit in an extra round here & there. There's no way I could complete an event on a 7-day schedule!

P.S. Very sorry to hear about the family loss, Daz.
