This doesn't seem to have caused any major problems and folks are continuing to submit shots. I am therefore going to continue with this as the norm in 2010, so all bonus shots - LD, NTP, HIO and LP - will be on any hole and on any course (where we have multi course events running). In the past, I used aggregate team totals from best 3 scores out of 4 for each round to determine winners.
